Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SellerLens, including the SellerLens website, account portal, Chrome extension, backend services, subscription features, reports, and related support services. SellerLens is operated by Seller Lens LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial where one is offered, purchasing a subscription, installing the extension, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

SellerLens is a business intelligence tool for Amazon sellers and researchers. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, marketplace-compliance, or business advice. You are responsible for your own selling decisions and for complying with Amazon policies and applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use SellerLens. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, or other people you allow to use your credentials.

2. The Service

SellerLens helps users analyze Amazon search result pages by collecting product identifiers from pages you choose to scan and enriching those products with data such as brand, price, seller, Buy Box, rating, review, and estimated sales or revenue information when available. Features may vary by plan, browser environment, Amazon page layout, third-party provider availability, and account status.

3. Chrome Extension and Amazon Pages

The SellerLens extension is designed for use on supported Amazon search result pages. You are responsible for choosing which pages to analyze and for ensuring your use of SellerLens is permitted by any marketplace, browser, employer, client, or platform rules that apply to you. We may modify, suspend, or remove extension features if browser, Amazon, provider, security, or operational changes require it.

4. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

SellerLens depends on Amazon page content and third-party data providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, estimated, or inaccurate. SellerLens does not guarantee that any product, revenue, sales, seller, rating, review, pricing, Buy Box, or brand information is complete or correct. You should verify important information independently before making business decisions.

5. Trials, Credits, and Usage Limits

SellerLens may offer trials, trial credits, or promotional credits where available. If a trial is not shown in the product or account flow, it is not available for that account at that time. Trial availability, eligibility, credit amounts, and requirements may vary by account, email, payment method, customer history, plan, region, fraud-prevention signals, or abuse-control signals.

Starting a trial, when offered, may require a valid saved payment method. Trial exhaustion does not automatically create a paid subscription unless you separately choose a paid plan through the SellerLens checkout flow. SellerLens plans include scan credits and subscription allowances. Credits, trial credits, subscription allowances, and account access may expire or be limited as described on the pricing or account pages. We may deny, revoke, or limit trials or promotional credits where we believe account or billing controls are being abused.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another payment processor we designate. Prices, plan names, credit limits, billing intervals, taxes, and features are shown during checkout or in your account portal. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing interval until you cancel or the subscription is otherwise ended. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor charges that apply.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or manage eligible paid subscriptions through the billing portal linked from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges. Unless Seller Lens LLC states otherwise in writing, paid charges are non-refundable after paid checkout, after renewal, after credits are used, or after a paid checkout or paid conversion following a trial where trials are offered, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, unused credits, downgrades, or failure to use the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Intellectual Property

SellerLens, including the website, extension, software, interfaces, logos, designs, copy, and service architecture, is owned by Seller Lens LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your account status, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SellerLens for your internal business analysis.

10. User Content and Scan Inputs

You retain any rights you have in information you submit or choose to scan. You grant Seller Lens LLC the rights needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support SellerLens, including processing ASINs, page URLs, account identifiers, scan results, logs, and related metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. SellerLens may be unavailable because of maintenance, deployment, provider outages, Amazon changes, browser changes, rate limits, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for downtime, data delays, or inability to access SellerLens.

12. Termination

You may stop using SellerLens at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for SellerLens or other users, fail to pay amounts due, misuse trials where offered or promotional credits, or use the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm. Termination does not waive amounts owed or rights and obligations that by their nature should survive.

13. Disclaimers

SellerLens is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Lens LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Lens LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, marketplace action, business interruption, or substitute services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to SellerLens is limited to the amount you paid to Seller Lens LLC for SellerLens in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seller Lens LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of SellerLens, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or data and instructions you submit to the service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Seller Lens LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account portal, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of SellerLens after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
